What we did
Following receipt of a prestigious order for 32,500ft of Office accommodation from BP Sunbury, servaccomm recognised that they required Mechanical and Electrical contractor who could provide a high quality service within a tight time frame and who could provide design and install the full M&E package.
N&P were able to respond quickly to this challenge and completed the project within a 28 week time frame; ahead of schedule.
This prestigous project was designed and installed to meet the latest government guidelines on conservation of fuel and power to include
- LG3 lighting and occupancy sensing
- Emergency lighting
- Small power
- Air conditioning and full vent heat recovery system to all areas
- Server room with full UPS system and Close control system
- 18KW PV system
- Addressable fire alarm system
- Full distribution system including the supply to the building
