From our estimating team, through the build process to the final inspection and invoicing we will keep you as up to date as possible. We are only the other end of a phone or email ready to answer any questions or queries you may have.

Completion & Inspection

No matter your timeline the standard of work at completion will be to the highest standard. Inspections will be carried out to ensure you are happy with the work done.

Based in Kingston Upon Hull we are in the heart of modular. The company was established in 2003 but the director have been in the modular industry longer than the 17 years we have been in business, giving us an extensive knowledge of the industry.

For N&P we are always looking to broaden our horizons and be on the edge of the newest tech, EV Charges being a prime example of this. All whist strengthening our Modular knowledge and exploring new avenues within the Modular industry. With Modular it seems to be going strength to strength with a lot viewing it as a fast, eco-friendly way of curing the current housing crisis. Housing is not the only sector using modular as a quick solution to issues. Hospitals and Schools are 2 of the most popular buildings we work on.

The main benefits of Modular are they are environmentally friendly, the main build is done in factories, reducing the noise and dust pollution. They are a fast build, typically modular buildings can be built in half of the time of a traditional build. They can be cheaper, faster build time means less time on site and therefore less paid on labour. They are less disruptive, with the building being built in factories once the building is on site it is purely a case of wiring it in and viola, you are ready to go.
