What we did

Upon receiving the order from Premier Modular Ltd for the M&E and Design works on a 5 Bay Modular Marketing Suite located in York , N&P completed these works to a high standard following specification and within the specified timeframe.

Design works were completed to BIM Level 2 and in Revit format.

Installation included amongst other things:

• Fire Alarm
• Disabled panic alarm in WC
• Door bell and Door Access System
• CAT 6 Data Install

• Individual Split system wall mounted AC units
• 15l Point of use electric water heater
• Zip Tap
• Sanitary ware
